Hotel Reservation

LOC has made a contract with Yun-An hotel which offers discount rooms with 3 to 5 star standard (see here for details). The participants only fill in the website the schedule and standard of the accommodation which will be sent to the hotel by LOC office. The hotel requires you pay all your reservation charge directly at hotel reception by credit card or cash when you check out.

Travel Service

On the travel service after the meeting, LOC has connected with serval traval agencies in Kunming. They will offer the travel service with different standards. The participants only give us the selected routes, LOC will inform the travel agency to arrange the travel. An agreement offered by the agency with the detail information will be sent to you by email. Both of the agency and participant confirm the content of the agreement. Finally the agency will sign the final agreement with you and require the travel fee when you arrive the meeting site.

Other Issues

The food is free for the participants from Aguest 2 to 6 in Yun-An Hotel. The spouse of the participant do not need to pay the registration but need to pay the food fee of 150RMB/day/person. Foreign credit cards can be used in Yun-An Hotel. The currency conversion can be done in the airport and many banks in Kunming City.
