6 pages for invited talks at the plenary session;
5 pages for invited talks at all parallel sessions;
3 pages for all oral presentations;
2 pages for all poster presentations.

2. Submission deadline: November 1st, 2008

3. Attached `sample.tex' and `aprim10.sty' are the sample and style files, respectively. For instructions of using the sample and style files, please refer to the first part of `aprim10.sty'.

4. Format of submission: please put all files in a zip file, including the produced pdf file of the paper.

5. Name convention: S1_Smith_D_1.zip, S1_Smith_D_1.tex, where `S1' refers to session 1, `Smith' is the last name of the lead author, `D' is the first initial of the lead author, `1' refers to the first paper of the same author. For papers of the plenary session, please replace `S1' with `P'.

7. Each registered participant will receive a copy of the printed proceedings for free.

8. Because the printed proceedings will not be widely available to the community, all authors are encouraged to upload their contributions to astro-ph ( http://arxiv.org ).
